IEA has been concentrating in conducting seminars and conferences ever since its inception. We have developed the reputation of being specialized in this area. To name a few: All Orissa Pastors’ Seminar for 1000 Pastors with Dr. Eril Edwardson, All Orissa Leadership Seminar with Dr. Luis Bush, Orissa Congress on Unreached People Groups with Dr. John Robb are the large scale conferences conducted in the past years. The recent All Orissa Pastors’ Conference in 2004 and 2006 with Bishop Joab Lohara have been very significant. The objective of these seminars and conferences is to teach from God’s word and to equip Pastors and leaders to be effective in their respective ministries. The recent seminars conducted on 30th & 31st October, 2006, are Bandhu Seva Seminar and partnership Seminar. We hope to conduct many more seminars and conferences for Pastors, Evangelists, Christian leaders, lay people and young people in the coming years for their spiritual upliftment and renewal.
