MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE AND DECISION MAKING:
The Executive Committee is responsible for overall vision and mission of the organization. The Executive Committee meets quarterly to review programs, goals and oversee financial reports and the resolutions of the said meeting is taken as final decision for taking any kind of management input. The propositions of the members in the said E.C. meeting are unanimously approved after threadbare discussion and decisions taken thereof. Members are drawn from within the state and serve three-year terms renewable up to two terms. The General body meets yearly to pass the new budget and accept the annual audited statement of previous year by the Treasurer. The Director presents the annual work report.
- The role of Governing body is to overall assess the organizational development and take all kinds of decisions unanimously. It meets at least 6 times a year.
- The role of general body is to prepare and decide annual action plan of the organization. It also examines the work of organization during previous year also check the financial transaction. All have been reflected in the Rules and Regulations and Memorandum.
- The Organization is committed to and practices good governance especially because Voluntary Organizations draw upon public funds.
- The Organization is accountable and transparent to internal and external stake holders.
